Each product is unique and made-to-measure for you. You can choose colors, patterns, sizes, characters, names, and decorative details. Simply indicate your preferences in the order notes and, if needed, upload a reference image. We will contact you personally to confirm colors, fabrics, and details. We collaborate with designers and illustrators to create fully personalized prints, paintings, and illustrations.
During the production process, we will stay in touch, and before shipping, you will receive photos of the finished product for your approval. ⚠️ Important: after order acceptance, any changes will be at the customer’s expense. If the requested customization requires extra work beyond what was agreed, an additional fee may apply, respecting both our time and yours.

Each item is handmade, so production times may vary. To print a wall sticker, the designer must activate a machine and run a fairly complex process to ensure you receive a perfect product. For this reason, production can take 10–20 days, depending on the number of orders.
If you choose a custom sticker, the process takes longer: each character must be positioned perfectly on the white panel, and the remaining space must be manually filled with the decorations you select. Every star, bubble, and heart is customized in color and size according to your request. This process can take up to 30 days.

How to apply your wall sticker and transform your space instantly:

1. Prepare the wall – Clean the surface thoroughly from dust, grease, and dirt. Stickers adhere best to smooth, clean surfaces. If freshly painted, wait at least 2 weeks for the wall to cure.
2. Clean hands – Wash your hands thoroughly. Stickers do not like fingerprints, but you do!
3. Cut and play – Carefully cut the stickers into individual pieces to position them piece by piece.
4. Test your layout – Use painter’s tape to temporarily place the stickers and experiment with arrangements. When you’re happy… start applying.
5. Stick with care – Peel off the backing and attach the sticker gradually to the wall. Start from the center and move toward the edges using your fingers or a plastic card (through a tissue to protect the sticker). No bubbles, just magic!
6. Press & enjoy – Smooth the surface with your fingers or a spatula, especially along edges. Feel the sticker embrace the wall—a joyful moment!
7. Enjoy your magic – Your wall is now unique, warm, and personalized—your special corner, created by you with our sticker.

Sticker Care (to ensure long-lasting results):
Clean with a slightly damp, soft cloth without scrubbing.
Use only lukewarm water, avoid harsh detergents.
Mild soap is fine if needed, applied gently.
Avoid immersion in water or abrasive sponges.
Dry by patting with a clean, soft cloth to maintain brilliance.
