Each product is unique and made-to-measure for you. You can choose colors, patterns, sizes, characters, names, and decorative details. Simply indicate your preferences in the order notes and, if needed, upload a reference image. We will contact you personally to confirm colors, fabrics, and details. We collaborate with designers and illustrators to create fully personalized prints, paintings, and illustrations.
During the production process, we will stay in touch, and before shipping, you will receive photos of the finished product for your approval. ⚠️ Important: after order acceptance, any changes will be at the customer’s expense. If the requested customization requires extra work beyond what was agreed, an additional fee may apply, respecting both our time and yours.

• Use mild, delicate soap only
• Do not scrub or twist
• Rinse carefully and air dry flat or hanging, away from direct heat or sunlight
• Once dry, the cotton or fabric parts can be lightly steam ironed (low heat) to restore their original shape
• Felt figures should not be ironed directly
• Clean gently by immersing the felt elements in a bowl of lukewarm water
• Use mild, delicate soap only
• Do not scrub or twist
• Rinse carefully and air dry flat or hanging, away from direct heat or sunlight
